What is the cancellation policy?

This will be on a case-by-case basis. PURE reserves the right to determine whether to refund the online subscription fees in whole or in part depending on the member’s circumstances.

Can I transfer or share my PURE Online membership?

No, PURE Online memberships cannot be assigned, transferred or used by another person without first obtaining PURE’s permission.

Can I access PURE Online while on voluntary paid suspension?

No. PURE Online is only available to active PURE offline members and paid online members.

Can I access PURE Online while on mandatory suspension?

Yes. PURE Online will be available to all PURE offline and online members regardless of contract type in the case of mandatory suspension —e.g. PURE facilities are closed or you are on mandatory Stay-Home-Notice. As long as your contract status is active on the day of PURE’s closure or the start of mandatory Stay-Home-Notice, you will be able to access PURE Online.
